Cooking Together with a Chef in Riga
Cooking together with your colleagues can be a lot of fun! Especially when you have one of the best chefs by your side. Explore a real food laboratory and learn some cooking tricks supervised by the restaurant chef during a cooking class in Riga.
Before the event, we will agree on the topic of foods, additional elements (Champagne, wine, tea, coffee, etc.), and the number of participants. We usually prepare four courses, and the process can involve between 5 and 80 participants.
Guests at the event are welcomed with a glass of Champagne, sparkling wine or other beverages along with snacks, depending on the order.
The chef discusses the event, the planned dishes, the working procedures, and the important foods and ingredients that apply to the topic of the event.
Participants are divided up into four groups. Each is responsible for one of the dishes – two starters, the main dish and dessert. The chef supervises the procedure, talking about what to do, demonstrating skills, and providing each participant with an assignment.
All of the groups work simultaneously, but all participants have a chance to see and hear what others are doing. The cooking usually requires around 45 to 60 minutes.
Once the food is ready, participants are invited to sit down at the table, where the dishes are served in order. Wine can be ordered together with the meal.
