Building architecture:

2 archaic architecture buildings of the XV century
Elements of classicism comes form the middle of the XIX century
Heritage listed building elements was combine with modern solutions and interior design trends

Presence detectors allows to establish a comfortable climate regime (at guest check-in time, during check-out time room system goes into economy mode) and save operational costs

Smart interior solutions:

Forming the interior sense of space were used elements as bright colors, integrated lighting, using multi-functional furniture options, plants, fabric texture
Installed smart pad and a dedicated switches become elegant and modern details
Huge attention was paid for sound insulation in the hotel (65dB)
Old roof structure (wooden girder) the remaining items of cultural heritage were saved (exhibited at 4 floor)
Old wall painting elements were preserved and are exhibited in
separate rooms and corridors
