In French, un ermite means a hermit, and un ermitage denotes the home of a hermit – a sanctuary away from the rest of the world, full of silence, peace, and harmony.
Hotel L’Ermitage seeks to provide its guests with a same kind of oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of downtown Tallinn. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Tallinn’s city centre; the Old Town is a pleasant walk away, and  windows open to spectacular views of a modern commercial centres high-rises right next to the Old Town.

The hotel has a total of 122 guest rooms. The interior design of the comfortable and quiet rooms is inspired by timeless elegance of the North, mixed with the hottest contemporary design trends. Windows open to spectacular views of Hirvepark (Deer Park), Toompea (Cathedral Hill), and Kassisaba (Cat’s Tail) – one of Tallinn’s oldest sub districts.  Room selection also caters for guests with special needs, families, allergic guests that enjoy a whole floor designed with their best interests in mind, and travellers visiting Tallinn not for business or holiday but for a romantic getaway.
In addition to guest rooms, the hotel also features two restaurants – L’Ermitage and Katze – an all-new contemporary conference hall, and a private sauna with a Jacuzzi.

Meeting Rooms

The modern and functional conference room in the new part of the hotel has room for up to 70 people in total (87,6 m²). It is equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology and adjustable air conditioning system. There is a separate spacious lobby for the conference guests with a contemporary business corner. Parking spaces are also available for conference guests.
