Smoke Factory

Smoke Factory are located in a historical 19th century building – the former largest scythe factory in the world, established by German investor Emil Possehl.

You will have a unique possibility to travel to the place by train (next to the building – railway tracks).
Smoke factory is located in a 12ha factory area where you can find up to 100 car parking spaces

There are spacious outdoor terrace and patio with a roof in a time of warm season. It’s located between the original old brick wall and a railways.

A modern craft brewery “Sakiškių alus” is operating on the premises. The brewery founded in 2015, was acknowledged as the best beer gourmet in the World three times.
We can organise excursions, beer degustation and take care of all required catering and technical equipment.

The Old Town of Naujoji Vilnia (Vilnius area where the factory is located), can be reached quickly and conveniently by arriving S.Batoro street via a wide bicycle path. From the city centre to the Smoke  Factory, the journey takes just 10 minutes by car. You can arrive both by bicycle or by train – the journey by train Vilnius-Naujoji Vilnia takes 12 minutes. From Naujoji Vilnia station to “Dūmų fabrikas” the walk will take 7 minutes.

You’ll get plenty of daylight in the building, as it has more than 400 sq. m. of windows – you’ll probably always get an opportunity to see art pieces exhibited on the walls – the place is adored by people from the sphere of culture. The building is equipped with geothermal heating
provides coziness in the cold season

Security of the building – the entire indoor and outdoor area is constantly monitored by video cameras.
The event service staff is specially equipped with a separate room (30 sq.m.) with a separate restroom and shower.
Electric power supply for events – 105 kW

– 1880 –The tasting bar serves 16 to 24 different freshly made beer styles. The brewery can be explored from the tasting bar area
